En la clase de hoy os enseño uno de los usos de un tiempo verbal que sirven para hablar de los sueños que hemos tenido. Es un uso que se puede extrapolar a las películas que hemos visto y los relatos, cuando queremos comunicarlos con emoción.

While cross-functional collaboration does require more coordination up front to align diverse team members, it ultimately leads to better outcomes by leveraging the collective expertise across an organization. These collaborative teams are able to develop more innovative, holistic solutions that benefit the entire company rather than just a single division. They promote greater understanding between functions and help build relationships that can improve future cooperation.

Example:
Launching a New Product: Imagine a company developing a new fitness tracker. The Marketing team needs to understand user needs and preferences (gathered from the Sales team) to create targeted advertising campaigns. Meanwhile, the Engineering team collaborates with the Design team to ensure the tracker is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, the Manufacturing team works with the Supply Chain team to source materials and ensure production runs smoothly. This cross-functional collaboration ensures a successful launch that considers all aspects, from user experience to market demand and production feasibility.

こんばんは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

今回はベルリンの歴史的な場所ではなく、カフェなどに行った話をします。

食べておいしかったものは、カリーヴルスト(curry wurst)ですね。
ドイツでは、人気があるみたいです。
ソーセージにケチャップとカレーパウダーのようなものがかかっていました。結構濃いめの味で、ビールが進みそうな味がしました。今回はその店にグリューワイン、あったかいワインがあったので、それを注文しました。

カフェにも入りました。ベルリンでは、2カ所、2つの店に入りました。一つ目の店は、Café Nea という店に入りました。Google mapsの評価も高く、僕も妻も好きそうな雰囲気の店だったので、入りました。

オーナーの女性もとても丁寧で素敵な方でした。
もちろん、ラテもチーズケーキも最高でした！👍

それから、また歩いて偶然見つけた店に入りました。

ここは歩いている道に気になる看板があったので、建物の奥に入って行ったところでしたが行ってみました。

外観、外からの見た感じがとても好きだったので入りました。残念ながら閉店の時間が近かったので、ラテだけ買って、外に出ました。

少し小さい店ですが、雰囲気が良く、居心地が良さそうな店でした。

そんな感じで、気持ちの良い時間も過ごすことができました。


少し思ったことは、店の中で、音楽を流していないところが多かったです。

1つ目のカフェは、好きな感じのジャズが流れていたので、あ、ここは流れてるんだな、と思いましたが、基本的にはスーパーなどでも流していない感じでした。それはそれで良いなと思いました。

日本のスーパーは少しアナウンスなどその店独自の音楽が流れていたりするので、そうじゃなくても良いのにな、と思いました。

ということで、今回は以上です。
ベルリンをほぼ1日中歩いたので、その日はつかれてホテルに帰り、すぐ寝ました。

次の日は朝からまた移動しました。
