But before you write it, take a deep dive into what truly matters. Here are some questions to spark self-discovery and craft a powerful Mission Statement:

Values:

What are my core values? (e.g., integrity, adventure, learning)
What principles are non-negotiable for me?
What actions bring me a sense of peace and satisfaction?
Passions and Strengths:

What activities make me lose track of time?
What skills and talents come naturally to me?
How can I leverage my strengths to make a positive impact?
Goals and Aspirations:

What do I want to achieve in different areas of life (career, relationships, personal growth)?
What kind of legacy do I want to leave behind?
How can my goals contribute to a better world?
Impact and Contribution:

Who or what inspires me?
What problems or challenges do I care deeply about solving?
How can I empower others to live fulfilling lives?
Reflection and Growth:

What motivates me intrinsically (from within) versus extrinsically (external rewards)?
Am I living authentically, aligned with my values?
What are some challenges or fears that might hinder my progress?
Bonus prompts:

Imagine your ideal future self. What are they doing? Who are they with?
What would my role model's Mission Statement look like?
What advice would my future self give me today?
Remember:

There are no right or wrong answers. Be honest with yourself.
This is an ongoing exploration. Revisit your Mission Statement regularly as you evolve.
Your Mission Statement should inspire and motivate you.
By reflecting on these questions, you'll gain clarity on your core values, aspirations, and the impact you want to make. This self-awareness will empower you to craft a Mission Statement that serves as a guiding light on your life's journey.

こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

今大阪に帰ってきています。
1週間ぐらい、いる予定です。

岡山に行って、ボランティアメンバーにあったり、神戸の方や大阪で日本語の生徒さんに会ったりしています。

最近よく話していますが、旅行で日本に来る人がとても増えていますね。それで、レッスンを受けてくれる人も増えています。その時に話すトピックが、オススメの場所、ですね。

大阪って意外とオススメの場所、むずかしいんですね。人によると思いますが。有名な場所だと、大阪城公園とか、新世界、通天閣、道頓堀ですね。食べ物だとお好み焼き、たこ焼き、うどん！などですね。粉もん。もう少し何かおもしろい場所ないかなと思っていました。

それで、昨日、4/8の土曜日に行った場所がとても良かったので、その話をしようと思います。特に自然や植物が好きな人にオススメの場所です。

今までのPodcastでも少し話したこともあるかもしれないですが、ここが僕はすきです。

それでこの公園の奥に、もっといい場所がありました。

1970年に万博がありました。日本万国博覧会Japan World Expositionというみたいですね。それで、その出展の１つとして、日本政府が作った庭園です。この庭園は4つの時代の庭園を見ることができます。このことは調べてはじめて知りました。

平安時代(800年ぐらいから1,200年ぐらいまでの約400年)
鎌倉時代、室町時代(1,200年から1,580年ぐらいまで)
江戸時代(1,600年から1870年ぐらいまで)
今の時代

の庭園があります。

ここは、人も少なくて、静かで、たくさんの植物があります。そういう場所が好きな人にはとてもオススメです。

僕は昨日、母と姉と3人で、ここを2時間近くゆっくり歩きました。とても気持ちが良かったです。それから、母に植物のことをたくさん教えてもらいました。それもとても楽しかったです。

大阪だけど、自然が見たい人はぜひ行ってみてください！
