Stop saying "She said me." 

Say + something
"She said hello."
"He said he was tired.”

Tell + someone
"She told me the truth."
"I told my friend the news.”

So don't say:
"She said me."

Say:
"She told me.”


It's one of the most common English mistakes.

Le Renard invite la Cigogne à dîner, mais il lui sert un bouillon très liquide dans une assiette plate. Avec son long bec, la Cigogne ne peut rien attraper, tandis que le Renard lape tout en un instant. Pour se venger poliment, la Cigogne invite à son tour le Renard. Elle sert la nourriture dans une fiole à col étroit et long : son bec y entre facilement, mais le museau du Renard reste bloqué. Le Renard repart la faim au ventre, pris à son propre piège.
