结构（structure)
adj. +（一）点儿                       表示比较
一点儿+ 也/都+不                      表示全部否定
一点儿+ n.                                  表示数量
有点儿+ adj. /心理动词             表示有点不满和消极的情绪

1) 你的样子一点儿都不开心，到底发生什么事了？

2) 我一点儿害怕，你能陪陪我吗？           ✔

3) 这件衣服有点儿脏，你去过哪儿了？

This is from a blog post I wrote at the start of 2021, but I think it is still really important now.

Last year was bad? Let's remember the good things.

"I want to learn English."  This is the wrong goal!

Some people say that choosing the wrong goals can lead to self-sabotage.

When it comes to learning English (as it's the wrong goal in 90% of cases for my adult achievers), it leads to: A) lack of confidence (at some point in speaking); B) continuous self-doubt (on various levels). C) Never really experiencing delight and self-satisfaction about your progress.

Can you relate to any of the things I wrote above? Almost certainly, you can; some can confirm all three aspects.
