Which One is Communicate? 交流 or 沟通？

Today we're talking about a piece of vocabulary that we can use to say that we haven't decided what our opinion is yet. We're still thinking about a topic and deciding what we think of it. This is the idiom "the jury is (still) out". I hope you find it useful!
