じゃあ準備(じゅんび)はいいですか？始(はじ)めましょう！


「私の朝ごはん」
みなさんは毎日朝ごはんを食べますか。私は毎日食べます。でも、ときどき朝いそがしい時は、おそい時間に食べます。
私は朝ごはんによくパンを食べます。チーズトーストが好きです。でも和食(わしょく)も食べます。ごはん、みそしる、なっとうです。みなさんはなっとう好きですか？私は大好きです。なっとうは健康(けんこう)にいいですよ。
それから、朝ごはんの後(あと)に、必ず(かならず)コーヒーを飲みます。私はブラックコーヒーが苦手(にがて)なので、いつも砂糖(さとう)とミルクを入れます。コーヒーがないと、１日が始まりません！



ではもう一度(いちど)質問です。
①私は毎日朝ごはんを食べますか。
②私の好きな朝ごはんは何ですか。
③私はブラックコーヒーが好きですか。




では質問の答えです。

You've landed the interview – congratulations! Now you need to convince them that you're the perfect fit. Focus on confident communication. It's not about bragging; it's about presenting yourself with clarity, authority, and a winning mindset.

First impressions matter.  Avoid the passive voice and vague statements. Instead of saying, "I could potentially contribute," say, "I'm eager to leverage my marketing expertise to expand your customer base."  Action verbs like "leverage" and "expand" showcase your proactive approach.

Back up your claims with results. Don't just say you're a team player.  Tell a story!  "In my previous role, I collaborated with a diverse team to launch a new product that boosted sales by 20%." Specific examples paint a vivid picture of your accomplishments.

Speak directly to the interviewer. Phrases like "I think" weaken your message. Instead, take ownership of your ideas. Say, "We can implement a strategy that tackles your current challenges head-on." This conveys confidence and decisiveness.

Focus on the positive. When discussing past experiences, highlight your successes. Did you overcome a challenge? Learned a new skill quickly? Share those stories! They demonstrate your adaptability and willingness to learn.

Remember, the interview is a two-way street. Tailor your language to the company culture. Research their values and communication style. If they're data-driven, use metrics and numbers. A laid-back startup might appreciate a more enthusiastic and creative approach.

Finally, don't underestimate the power of body language. Maintain eye contact, project good posture, and speak with a clear, enthusiastic tone. It all adds up to a confident presence that will leave a lasting impression.

Showcase your skills and experience, but also assess if the company culture aligns with your own communication style.  Confident communication is a win-win, helping you land the job you deserve and find a work environment where you can thrive.

Parque Delta es considerado uno de los inmuebles con mayor actividad paranormal en la ciudad, los cuales son reportados por sus visitantes, quienes escuchan ruidos extraños o ven personas que posteriormente se desvanecen en el aire como si nunca hubiesen estado ahí.

La sobria historia de Parque Delta comienza entre los años 1925 y 1936, cuando todavía no era un centro comercial sino un estadio de béisbol. El 15 de junio de 1952 mientras se jugaba el tercer juego de la serie entre diablos rojos de México y rojos de águila Veracruz, se derrumbó parte de la gradería, dejando decenas de personas heridas y 2 muertos.

En 1955, el IMSS adquirió este terreno para construir el parque del seguro social, un estadio que fue la casa de los diablos rojos de México y los tigres capitalinos hasta su cierre en el año 2000. Durante esta etapa, ocurrió uno de los eventos más trágicos en la historia de México, el terremoto de 1985, con una escala de 8.1 grados.

Ese desastre natural costó la vida a muchas personas debido a los cientos de edificios, hoteles, y viviendas, entre otras edificaciones que colapsaron en la Ciudad de México. Entre las edificaciones que colapsaron en esa ocasión se encuentran hospitales como el centro médico Nacional, el cual estaba muy cerca de parque delta.

Ante la necesidad de un lugar para resguardar los cientos de cuerpos de personas fallecidas, y la falta de morgues y hospitales para ello, el lugar fue acondicionado para convertirse en una morgue, por lo que durante el desastre, Parque Delta recibió los cuerpos de cientos de personas fallecidas bajo los escombros de los edificios derrumbados.

Principalmente, Parque Delta se resguardo los cuerpos de personas no reconocidas, entre quienes no tenían familia o que sencillamente no eran localizados entre el caos. Los cuerpos eran conservados con uso de hielo, formol y sal para retrasar la descomposición.
