①I was worried because I didn't get a reply from my friend. Maybe it's an unnecessary worry, but I've met her once and I care about her, so I guess I worry about her? This worrying is a good thing, right?

I was worried because I didn't get a reply from my friend. Maybe it wasn't necessary to stress out, but I've met her once and I care about her, so I guess I worry about her anyway. It's alright to be concerned, isn't it?

As long as you say it calmly only once and smile when she says she is okay.
