There are lots of foods for brain, but, I think the best is walnut. Walnut also in the same shape with the brain. It can improves brain activities. And beside walnut, there are several other things which have significant impact to the brain, for example, regular exercises, reading books, walking, social activities, and etc. I think people should learn how to control their brain and not allowed the brain to control them. By doing these they will be able to become more productive. Unfortunately, human brain do not like struggling while learing new things, it always make us stress, so to avoid stress and depression, people give up of what they are struggling with.
First I started writing in English, was very challenging and painful, but, now I like writing in English. I still do not remember the new vocabulary that I have learned recently to use them while writing.
