Anyone is a contraction that means anyone is.
“Anyone’s welcome in the store”= anyone is welcome in the store
Anyone is a singular noun for any one, non specific person
“Anyone can come into the store”

Anyone is a pronoun, for example:
Does anyone want some juice? Bring anyone you like to my house.
Anyone's is:
1) A singular possessive pronoun: That could be anyone's sandwich OR
2) A contraction (meaning 'anyone is'): Anyone's free to ride the subway.
