Are "Take the win" and "Take it as a win" synonymous?

not quite: "take the win" - we say this in a situation where we may have suffered a loss BUT there has also been a win. And the advice is saying - "sure there has been a loss - but the win is real and better. Take the win and ignore the loss - move on!" "Take it as a win" - this means that you interpret a situation as a win. even it wasn't really a win or maybe the win was a small victory.

Take the win- Be happy that the result was positive. Don’t regret the fact that you were expecting or could have had an even better result. Take it is a win- There are both positive and negative results but I believe that the positives outweigh the negatives.
