Stress can be from many things, such as a bad living condition, children's academic performance or diseases. Among of them, I think the thing gives us stress most is that we always compare to others. We admire the rich people can spend money on anything without hesitating. We envy our colleagues who just got promoted. We feel sad! even it feels like we are abandoned by the world. In that case, we can only see ourselves are full of disadvantages. Some of us even think that the sun won't rise tomorrow. The worse thing is that our children are often scolded by us when we are under stress.After releasing stress by hurting family members, we get up early and goto work as usual. We smile to boss which is very different from what we did yesterday at home. We still do the same work and get the same salary at the end of every month. We still witness more colleagues get promoted. Stress comes again...... Why don't we change ourselves to get rich or get promoted? Why don't we follow others and learn their experience about being successful. Only being stronger, the things once gave us a lot of stress will be a piece of cake!
