KRYPTONITE: SUPERMAN'S WEAK SPOT
Kryptonite is a fictional mineral in Superman story, which's orginal from his natal planet (Krypton). It is a radioactive sustance that affects badly to Kryptonians, as Superman, debilitating their habilities and, in extreme cases, killing them. Some minerals such as autunite or torbenite may have a greenish bright similar to kryptonite, but they haven't any radioactive effect in humans or any other living beings. On the other hand, long exposure to radioactive materials like plutonium, uranium, and radium can be dagereus to human health and cause illnesses such as cancer and other medical complications. Therefore, if greenish bright material from autunite or torbenite were mixed with the radiactivity of uranium, plutonium, or radium, there'll be a human kryptonite.
