Hey 👋 A or C. C may be American, whereas, here in the UK I’d use A. Of is not required as it is anyway implied.

For the second one, "The deadline is the 1st of July". The first and second are both correct, I think, and it just depends regional differences among English speakers. In the US, we would say "July 1st". I think in the UK they would say "1st July". You do not need to memorize all the different rules for each region. We will understand either way.

I am a native English speaker living in the UK, and each of these sentences is correct. None are more meaningful than the other, and everyone in the UK would accept any of these sentences as fluent English :)
