Is "corral loading" a right expression?(especially when referring to people)

I think you might mean grouping people and urging them to move as a group.
If this is correct, then I think you should say corralling
Example sentences;
She was corralling her students on the playground. They were getting ready to be going back inside soon.
Corralling the soccer players is something the coach does so he can give instructions.

Depends on the context. Corral loading refers to livestock, especially cattle. So if using the term for people it would be comparing them to livestock/cattle, if that is the intention then yes. If that is not the intention then no, maybe assemble or gather would work better—but I would need more context for a more specific word.
