Shawn is one name that's become less unisex and more distinctly male over time in all its spellings, given to only 17 baby girls and 800 boys in the US in the most recent year counted. I think I would be happy with that!! 🙂

Not personally but there was a famous actress in the 80s called Sean Young. Shawn is a variant spelling of Sean. Names often move from female to male or vice versa or they become gender neutral.
