1. I don't see a future for this job.
2. I don't see a future with this job.

I guess both of them are grammatically correct but there's a subtle difference between them.

I think the first one means this line of work has no future even if you change your company and the second one, I think it means I don't see a future for myself if I keep working at this company but I might have a bright future if I change my company. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am.
