I wake up at 9.30am, drink coffee and start work at 10am until 19 pm. During my shift I get a break and after work I like to watch some movies or meet up with friends.

You can say “till”, but if the rest of the explanation isn’t correct, then just focus on getting the basics down first. USA English from PNW, in case you wanted to know.

Good job. A slight improvement would look something like this: “I wake up at 9:30 am, have my coffee, then work from 10 am to 7 pm. I take a break in the middle of the day. After work I like to watch a movie or meet up with friends”
