I did sweep house yesterday . It's didn't funny . So I don't like sweep house . when I was sweep house , broom was broken and I was happy . I think " I don't sweep house anymore " . But I was lost 
My mam is bought new broom

I did sweep our house yesterday. 
OR :  I swept the/our house yesterday. 

It's(/was) not funny/easy. 

Honestly, I don't like sweeping (our house/my house).
While I was sweeping, the broom I was using was broken and I was/felt happy(/glad/relieved). 

I thought to myself, "Since this boom is broken, I don't need to 
sweep anymore."

But my mom bought a new broom.

I [swept] the house yesterday . It [wasn’t (was not)] fun . I don't like to sweep the house .
When I swept the house , the broom broke and I was happy. I thought,  " I [don't (do not) have to]
sweep the house anymore " . But I [lost], [my mom] [bought] new broom.
