A few days ago, I successfuly convinced my wife to learn English with me.That was definitely good news.I tried to persuade her for many times, but all failed. She said that English is the most difficult language in the word, and she often told me that:"l just can't do that, maybe l can get hang off another language such as Spanish or Japanese, but it will never be English". One day, last week, when we were having dinner at the table, I told her that our son had learnt his first Englih word "digger," and if we can speak more English at home, it will also help our son to leam more. But she turned me down again. The next morning, when I was working k the one who convimced my wife making up his mind, it was probably my son.

A few days ago, I successfully convinced my wife to learn English with me. That was definitely good news. I had tried to persuade her many times but had failed each time. She said that English is the most difficult language in the word, and she often told me that (“said” is better here) “l just can't do that; maybe l can get the hang of another language such as Spanish or Japanese, but it will never be English.” One day last week, when we were having dinner at the table, I told her that our son had learned his first English word, "digger," and that if we could speak more English at home, it would help our son to learn more. But she turned me down again. The next morning when I was working, someone convinced my wife (to learn English). It was probably my son.
Congrats and great job!
