Dialects may vary but in standard British English, they rhyme. The two words are the same apart from the initial letter.
'Bury' is a homophone of 'berry'.

Hi Kou,
That’s such a good question. I’m sure you know the vocabulary definition difference, but the pronunciation is challenging! The /v/ sound isn’t used in Japanese so many words sound like /b/. Have you ever focused on learning English pronunciation?
Try this:
Put your top teeth on your bottom lip and the to vibrate the sound. /V/. Vet, very, van.
Now don’t let your teeth touch your bottom lip. Just bring the lips together, vibrate the sound. /b/ bet,berry, ban.
It may be hard for you to hear the difference at first. Look in a mirror and see how your mouth changes when compare the sounds/ vet/ bet, very/ berry, van/ ban.
Pronunciation can seem tricky at first, but I promise it gets easier with the right help! Would you like me to send you a pronuckisrion guide to practice with?

The "v" and the "b" are different, but I believe that the words are perfect rhymes, and that "berry" and "bury" are exact homophones. Now I am going to check a US dictionary...
very, vĕr·ē
berry, bĕr·ē
bury, bĕr'·ē, bûr·ē
It appears that I am wrong. The commonest pronunciation is a perfect rhyme with very, but there is another pronunciation that isn't, and has a short-U sound like "burr."

"Bury" = rhymes with worry
very = rhymes with merry
Good luck!
