Firstly don't afraid from your mistake, even native speakers has mistakes on their own language. Second try to speak and write as much as you can until you overcome on your troubles.

Don't give up! Learning to speak another language takes a long time and requires a lot of practice, but as long as you keep working, you'll eventually get there. In the meantime, just as Marren said below, find lots of different videos and websites that interest you and keep immersing yourself. Search for teachers and conversation partners who are used to speaking with non-native speakers...and, of course, be willing to laugh at and learn from your mistakes.
