Could you please tell me What's the matter with Mike?
When we use a phrase before a question word (in this case it would be "Could you please tell me") "is" can't go after the question word, it has to go at the end of the sentence. If following such rules, would this sentence——(Could you please tell me What's the matter with Mike) be incorrect?
