Yeah, let's begin with planning the trip, we know when we going for a trip , first we will think about the place, it's our first step, then we will decide who else are coming with us, and how many days will take to reach there, then we will begin to pack our things, and I think this is the most confusing time when we planning to going anywhere, we will always forget the right thing to take to the trip, after completing the packing, it's time to go , to the destination. Thankyou

Then we will decide who else iscoming with us, and how many days it will take to reach the destination. Then we will begin to pack. I think this is the most confusing time of planning a trip. We always forget the right thing to take. After completing the packing, it's time to go to the destination. Thankyou
The biggest problem is lack of punctuation. The way you had it originally, it was one extremely long sentence. This is called a RUN-ON sentence, and should be avoided.
