The Kur-Kechu archeological complex Some years ago I was in an awesome place in the Altai mountains of Siberia. It is Kur-Kechu camp, where the Big Ilgumen river falls into the Katun river. There is an ancient archeological complex near the camp. The complex consists of hundreds of stone mounds, steles and graves. The burials of different times and cultures are located here.
