أعتقد أنه يقصد به الرجل الوطواط في الأفلام والكوميكس. بما أن الرجل الوطواط ليس له قوة خارقة (مثلا لا يطير ولا يقوم بفعل خارق بجسمه) ولكنه يعتمد بشكل أساسي على التكنولوجيا الحديثة التى يمتلكها ؛ مثلا تصنيع السيارات الخارقة والادوات المستخدمة في القفز من مكان لآخر. لذلك السؤال يقصد هل يمكن أن يصبح أي شخص الرجل الوطواط إذا امتلك نفس التكنولوجيا الحديثة التى لديه
