Could both "silent dream" and "silenced dream" be used metaphorically, and which of the two is more emotionally powerful, resonant, and likely to touch the deepest feelings of others?

In my opinion it's not a question of which is more powerful. They mean different things.
Silent dream = maybe it's subconscious, in the background, etc.
Silenced dream = implies some external event, person or circumstance prevented the dream from becoming reality.
