The Animals’ Rights and Wellbeing Protection Law that is going to come into
force next September 29 in Spain has not into account all the animals. Hunting
dogs, bulls, and horses, as well as those used in animal medical experimentation,
wild animals, and other species are excluded. It is a step toward the recognition
of the animals’ rights but just a shy, insufficient one. An Animal Protection
Law should protect all animals, shouldn’t it?
