What does ‘At which point ‘mean and how to use it correctly?And Is there useful grammar on its usage? Is it a signal of adjective clauses?

Hi Jane! 'At which point' means at a specific point in time. For example: I fell out of a tree and felt pain in my leg at which point I knew something was wrong. It is used to indicate a specific point in time. I would also say it is an adjective clause as it is used to provide more information. Hope that helps!:)
