You can use "evil" for extremely immoral and harmful actions or people.
And use "wicked" for immoral actions or people, but also for playful mischief or impressive things in slang.

The two words are synonyms and can be used interchangeably.
But here is an instance where WICKED has a different usage.
"She has a WICKED sense of humor."
This means that she has a great sense of humor.
