kill yourself with plain water if you somehow manage to drink 10 litres of it at
once. As for sugar, I realized that almost every food contains it, so there's no
point in adding to raw sugar into food. For example, I stopped drinking tea with sugar
a while ago and discovered that green tea is much better without it. Moreover,
all other food that taste (all = plural, so you need the plural form of the verb) sweet became much (many times) more sweet (don’t say more sweeter…either sweeter or more sweet) to me, so I just
can't consume, say, many candies anymore because of this effect. Raw sugar dulls
your taste of sweetness , so I highly recommend to stop consuming it. Even just for
the sake of better taste, not health.
