And what is difference between
습기가 많다 and 불쾌지수가 높다

얼음이다->'얼음'이다: It is an ice.
얼다: to freeze.
습기가 많다=습하다: to be humid.
불쾌지수= the discomfort index.
높다=to be high.
The higher the relative humidity and the air temperature, the greater the discomfort index. And in summer we usually mention it a lot.
