I used to fall asleep very difficult. I often wake up at about 3:00a.m. in the past and that was a very annoying thing for me. Since I started running at night, my sleep has improved a lot. I think exercise may be a good way to improve sleep quality. It can make you sleep more quickly and help to adjust your body clock. Also, early to bed and early to raise is important for our sleep quality.
