I did not do anything or I did not make anything... depends on context.
Some people use double negatives in speech because of their dialect but it would be correct in the standard form of English to say anything, not nothing in these cases.

If you're confused about make/do, here's a basic guide:
make = create
do = perform an action
There are many set phrases with make and do (eg. "make friends" but "do me a favour"), so you simply need to memorise those.

Very dependent on the situation.
The first is poor grammar/slang for I didn’t do anything.
The second would be used in the context of making something.
