At night, the first thing I do is to take care of my hair.
I priorise my hair because it take me time and energy.
Sometimes I prepare some tea and I laid on my bed to prepare the following days.
I started by the cloches I would wear, the tasks that I have to do as,
* going to the bank
* preparing my gym bag
* doing my garden, etc
* doing some prepmeal
* seen my family
After that, I check my planning for work (because of possibily modifications) and I watch some YouTube videos of motivation, attractions laws, or on faith to help me sleeping.
