I trained my back and chest and arms. Usually I’m go to the gym three times a week. The gym was empty so I was a bit happy. After that I watched the baseball game on my tablet. My team was won the game. They haven't been able to win recently so I’m very happy.

"I went to the gym by bike" is grammatically correct, but it is more common to just say "I biked" (:
