If we can think without considering belief influence, I think either of them is good, because human beings are born omnivorous animals. Veg is the main source of vitamins and minerals. Non-veg is the main source of protein and fat. We need both of them to run our machine of body.
Among veg diet, non-veg diet, and omnivorous diet, I think non-veg diet is the worse choice. Veg diet is already proven sustainable for humans. Because vegetarian has found alternatives to get protein and other nutrition they need instead of eating meat.

Without considering individual beliefs, I think either of them is
good, because human beings are born omnivorous animals(born omnivores). Veg is the main source
of vitamins and minerals. Non-veg is(Meats and seafoods are) the main source of protein and fat. We need
both of them to nourish our bodies. Among the veg diet, non-veg diet, and
omnivorous diet, I think non-veg diet is the worst choice. Veg diet has already been
proven sustainable for humans. Because vegetarians have found alternatives to getting
protein and other nutrition they need instead of eating meat.
You can use "omnivores" (noun). So in this case, there is no need to append "animal."
The term "non-veg" may be a bit confusing. A vegetarian diet strictly does not contain any meat or seafood. A non-vegetarian diet however does not mean a diet that does not contain any vegetables. It contains both vegetables and meats. So in fact, a non-vegetarian diet is similar to an omnivorous diet containing both meats and vegetables.
