I usually go to sleep between 10pm to 11pm. Before I’ll get to the bed I do personal hygiene- taking a shower and brushing my teeth and cleaning my face. If I don’t feel tired I will have a cup of night tea to better sleep. Sometimes I have an issue with falling asleep and that’s why I have been trying to improve my sleeping habits last month. I have stopped to use mobile devices before my bedtime and added new activities as calming yoga exercises or book reading instead.

I usually go to sleep between 10pm to 11pm. Before I’ll go to bed, I take a shower, brush my teeth and clean my face (grammatically it's ok to say you clean your face however, we would wash your face when you took a shower.) If I don’t feel tired, I will have a cup of night tea to help me fall asleep. Since I have had a hard time falling asleep this last month, I have been trying to improve my sleeping habits. Before going to bed, I have stopped using mobile devices and am trying new activities such as calming yoga exercises or reading instead.

I was awake from 10 pm to( till) 11 pm. I was awake between 10 and 11 pm. Go to bed- suggests to go sleep, get to bed means physically getting into the bed. If I don’t feel tired, I’ll get a cup of tea- it is correct if you want to talk about a likely event referring to present or future. However, here you are talking about your routine, general truth from your life. So 1 conditional would not be correct. You need zero conditional. It is present simple. Sleeping habits- you used present perfect continuous, which is fine, but then you cannot say ‘last month’. Unless you change the sentence to past simple, or replace last month to ‘in the last month’ ( which shows last month is still on)
