What does "make me" mean?
For example, "What you can do is leave. You want me to talk to you again? Make me."
Thank you

Litterally it means you would have to be forced to do whatever the other person wants Often it is used to just say you aren't going to do what someone wants you to do. Often a taunting, or joking responce , to a situation. Ex. If my wife said to me to wash the dishes, I'd say make me as a joke, and then go wash them.

I do not know too much, but it sounds to my ears like a threat.

One definition of MAKE is to FORCE. So, saying "Make me," is pretty much a refusal. i.e. it's saying you'll have to force me (physically or some other way) if you want me to do what you are asking.
NOTE: There is a pun used by children. If someone tells you "Make me," you can answer, "I don't make trash, I burn it."

It means to force that person to do it because they won't do it.
