Been usually follows with a verb ending in -ing. For instance, "I have been bathing."

Almost, but #1 doesn't sound right. #2 sounds good. Try any of these as alternative ways of communicating the same thing:
- I just got out of the bath / I just got out of a bath.
- I have just gotten out of the bath.
- I just took a bath.
- I have just taken a bath.
- I just had a bath.
- I have just had a bath.
- I was in a bath, and I just got out of it.
- I just bathed.
- I have just bathed.
- I am freshly bathed.
