Now I just moved / have just moved to another country and the climate is very different, so hard to me. I come from a sunny country but now I live in a snowy place. It's always too cold... To face this extreme weather, I try to protect myself with warm clothes.

I've recently moved to another country and the climate here is completly diffrent. It's tough. I come from a sunny country, but now I live in a snowy place. It's too cold for me facing this extreme weather. That's why I proctet myslef from cold with warm clothes
