I used to think that leadership was something you were born with, but after trying to learn how to be good at it for some years, I realized that is more of a "personality" trait; some personalities are more suited for leadership than others, and that gives off the impression that some people can't be leaders. Now I'm good at it, but I have to focus on keeping a leader personality, and the moment I stop focusing on that, I suck again (Not that I'm complaining, TBH)

Great! You could change “more suited for leadership” to “better suited for leadership” to avoid repeating the word “more”.
