I like to make boiled banana. It can be your healthy snack and it’s very easy to make, just put bananas in hot boiling water and wait for 30 minutes. Another recipe I tried for my birthday last weekend was a banana loaf with some nuts and oats. It was very good. 😊😊😊

Very good essay, Timpika! And your banana loaf looks delicious. I bet you have much better tasting bananas in Thailand than in my country because bananas grow there. We have to have them shipped here and they are not so tasty.

Here in Thailand we have a type of banana that is especially good as a dessert or for inclusion in desserts -- it’s called “กล้วยน้ำว้า" (glûuay-nám-wáa). This kind of banana is small and thin and is considered a healthy snack by itself. i like it boiled and this is an easy. way to eat it: just put the bananas in boiling water and wait for 30 minutes. Also they make good banana loaf. I tried a banana loaf recipe with them for my birthday last weekend and I also included nuts and oats. It was very good! 😊😊😊
