Is it okay to say '' did you have a nice ride coming here ''. In a context where you ask smb once they arrive. In a casual conversation, we often say smth like that. translated word for word, it goes smth like this '' did you get here well '' in English, people often say '' you had a nice flight ''once they arrive somewhere by plane ?

Hi, "nice ride" isn't natural English. You can say "Did you have a good journey?" That covers all forms of transport. If someone arrives by plane, we often say "Did you have a good flight?"

In the UK I think we'd be more likely to say something like, 'how was your journey?' or 'how was the taxi/bus/train/flight here?' The use of the word 'ride' is more American English I would say.
