Hello!
Please, could you explain to me what's the difference between "discharge" "Release" And "let out"
The context: 1. You should let your energy out (-use up all your energy) to fall asleep immediately.
As I understand "discharge and release" are not suitable here but I can't get it why.

“Discharge” usually is a medical term, and not a pleasant one.
But we also use “discharge” to talk about shooting a gun in an official report, for example “The officer discharged his weapon.”
“Release” and “Let out” are better options in this situation.
