You get somebody to do something Example: I got my sister to help me with cleaning the house. OR I got the electrician to fix the wiring in my house.
Done is a past participle of do. Example: I must have done something wrong, he won't take my calls.
Doing is a present participle: Example; I am doing the washing right now. I am doing the ironing or the housework.
I have lessons on this and more. If you want to learn the difference between get someone + verb and have someone + verb please book a lesson with me

The correct expression is 'to get [somebody] to do [something]'. For example, 'I got [John] to do [my homework] for me.' Additionally, the phrase can be used for more verbs than just 'to do': 'Can you get Rebecca to message me back?' 'I will get him to call you.'
You can see that even when the first verb in the phrase is in the past or future tense, the second verb is always in the infinitive form.
