안녕하세요? 지금 책을 읽고 있어서 질문이 있어요. "얘들아, 문 꼭 잠그고 있거라" In the text it's direct speech. Mother is telling her kids to close the door. Why is 거라 used here? As far as I know it is used in reported speech but here it's not the case. 감사합니다!
