i think it is better to say " your English vocabulary is better than mine"

It's fine, but you are more likely to hear 'You know more English vocabulary than me.'

Echoing Kofa, I'd say it's "You know English vocabulary better than I."

You know English vocabulary better than I.
The pronoun at the end is subjective and not objective hence I and not me.
