During the first few days Cream came, it wasn’t able to walk and didn’t know how to drink milk from a milk bottle. After just several days, it has grown a bit and got used to bottle feeding. Also, it gained enough strength to walk around. I am expecting that it can learn to use litter tray very soon.

During the first few days Cream came (or "got here" or "arrived"), it (use "he" or "she") wasn’t able to walk and didn’t know how to drink milk from a (milk) bottle. After just several (or "just a few") days, it has grown a bit and got (or US "gotten") used to bottle feeding. Also, it (has) gained enough strength to walk around. I am expecting that it will learn to use the litter tray very soon.

I'm very confused. How can cream walk, drink etc.? If this is a pet's name, use HE or SHE, not IT. Then we will know you are talking about a living thing.
