Which one is correct?
A) The man who is a doctor lives near us.
B) The man who lives near us is a doctor.

A = One man is a doctor. He lives near you.
B = One man lives near you. He is a doctor.
Both correct but with different meanings.

B is far more natural.
A could be correct if you wanted to emphasize that the person who you were talking about before and is a doctor happened to live near you.
