Could you explain to me, please,or share what literature you use. Phrasal verb "book up" in all available dictionaries has meaning: to reserve all the available places or times, such as seats, rooms, or appointment hours, from something or someone. This verb doesn't describe the fact that the person is busy physically or mentally. Thank you in advance for your expectation)
